Great value but a little to far out overall ok but some not so desirable people in the community

Maybe this place will be better in years to come. But at present it’s just another suburb slapped in the middle of no where with houses on top of each other with 1 meter in between them.

Great if you want to live in an isolated area however the point of living in a house is to have more privacy than an apartment. And I don’t believe that is the case here. With homes oooking into each other’s back windows on the canals. Rough water has caused boats to rio away from their pontoons.

Very average experience. Nothing to desirable. Arundel is a far better option in my opinion.

This suburb is a stone throw to Broadbeach. Whilst feeling like a little community. Beautiful beaches and lovely atmosphere great balance.

Great for family’s but not much to do. A handful of shops and restaurants. I feel there is better options for this price point and proximity to the beaches on the GC.

Nothing to do except sit in your home. Friends of mine moved interstate to this suburb and soon moved to southern GC suburbs for some atmosphere within the community.

This suburb has had a face lift over the past 10 years. Lively fun and safe.

Family members lived here in the past various good and bad but mainly became a 2 out of 5 star experience.

Views outdoor spaces are great,
Safety at times, lack of crossings and lights in streets. Lack of cafes etc.

Great location cute Main Street (Tedder ave) although very overrated. Use to have the wow factor but in recent years has become drab and lost the magic that made it so desirable in the past. (Hasn’t evolved)

Lived here for 6 years, some of the best beaches in the world, shopping, transport, cafes, restaurants, nightlife, art centre and entertainment.

Anyone that doesn’t like Surfers Paradise is boring and stale, and will often find themselves spending their weekends in Surfers Paradise the heart of atmosphere of the Gold Coast.
