"Best street in Bentleigh"
I have been living on this street for nearly a year now and I think it is one of the best streets in Bentleigh.
All the neighbours are soo friendly with each other and often give each other fresh veggies and fruits from our backyards.
At Christmas time many of the houses will put lights up and the street looks magical.
Living on Roma Street, Bentleigh is great and only a 7 min walk to patterson station, 10-12 min walk to Centre road shops. 2 dog parks only 5 min away which is very important to me with my doggy.

"What a gem"
I have recently moved from St Kilda to Bentleigh. I was in St Kilda for over 17 years so I was nervous moving here but couldn’t be more happy. You are only 30minutes to get to work it the city door to door. The beach is only a few minutes drive away. You have some amazing new cafes such as “good times” and “little z”.
There are amazing schools including McKinnon secondary college which is a top school in the country.
Couldn’t be more happier to be here in Bentleigh.

"Super close to the beach"
Spenser street is super close to the beach and peanut farm which is a famous dog park. Come down on a Friday evening when all the locals come down with a beer and enjoy the doggys playing

"The locals call it the Island"
Richmond just got voted as one of the "coolest suburbs in the world" by Timeout and I have to agree it is probably the best suburb in Australia . The locals call it the island as they like to seperate them selves from the north and the south of the Yarra Suburbs. They are like the Switzerland of Melbourne suburbs.
They have everything from the best dog parks, bars, pubs, the MCG and walking distance to the city.

"Top end of Finders lane is like living in New York"
I lived on the top end of Flinders Lane and it is like living in New York. So much so they often film TV commercials and shows to replicate NYC. Lots of cafes, bars and shops close by and they are mostly open late. Tom Thumb Cafe is one of the favourite cafes for my morning coffee. I lived here when I was single and it was the perfect spot especially to all the amazing restaurants and bars. I loved running over exhibition street to the Tan.

"Central Road is the best place to live!"
Central road is one of the best roads to live on.
I have lived here for over 10 years and I couldn't recommend it more.
My favourite part of living on the street is the annual Christmas party that we have. Everyone gets together and brings a plate and shares.
The Kids love playing sport in the street and are very respective of everyone.
Central road is a centrally located next to supermarkets, shops, a few great restaurants and of course the local hotel that serves the best food in town

"The heart beat of St Kilda"
Mitford street St Kilda runs from Barkley Street through to Dickens street roundabout. It consists mainly of Apartments and Units. Its full of Young families, Young Professionals, a lot of elderly actually who have been here for for 30/40+ years. On our street we have 3 doctors so it is always easy to get an appointment. We have Acland street walking distance and I hardly ever drive any more with all the cafes, bars, shops less than 100 metres away. The beach is only a short 4 min walk and Balaclava station is a brisk 10min walk.
The best part of Milford street St Kilda is the proximity of a local favourite and thats the St Kilda Botanical gardens, it is the Jewel of the crown in St Kilda and a St Kilda local favourite.
As you can read we have a good selection of people living here and the backpackers we used to be famous for are moving out as rent / housing prices increase and becoming more about young professionals and families.
