"Marion Rd, Plympton - How Convenient"
It is a major road that runs from Mile End to Bedford Park (linking up with the Southern Express Way and Main South Road). Its great for public transport with buses running regularly and the train system running through it at Plympton.
You'll find almost anything you need along Marion Road, including fast food, take aways, major retailers and niche market operators too.
Great to live on if you're a uni student or someone that loves being central.

"Urrbrae Tce - Great Street Opposite Weigall Oval"
Running along Weigall Oval this street is central to everything and offers plenty of weekday and weekend activities for singles and families alike! Offering picnic tables, tennis courts and an oval that hosts numerous sporting events this street is where you want to be!
The homes that are on the street were build around the 1950's and have been kept in very good condition, neat and tidy front yards and lawns.
The street itself offers plenty of parking and green trees line most of the road.
There is a little bit of through traffic as the street runs in between Gray St and McArthur Ave but the noise wouldn't be a concern.
