Grove meaning garden consisting of a small cultivated wood without undergrowth. Vivian Grove turns to be very true on the Dictionary meaning of Grove in that its green and has wood from trees like prunus, pin oak, etc
Gentle slopes. Mainly used for residential purposes. Houses and residential developments are mixed in size and shape
Good access to public transport thanks to Power Street. However open spaces are limited. Since it is a local street traffic is limited
On street parking is available. Nearby Wattle road has minimal trees. Other Vegetation is dense
