North or south of the train line
Went looking at a place to buy on essex street towards brunswick street. Looked beaut at daytime but am mindful of some of the responses on this page around crime and anti-social behaviours. Keen to get some advice from the experts on this area and whether south would be a better choice. We like the area as its close to Martin Reserve dog park.
