Reviews of Acuba Grove, Quakers Hill

"Good location"

We owned this property from 1997 to 2003 and enjoyed living in this area. I worked in the CBD for several years and commuted each day. The rail service has since improved in frequency thus providing more services. I then worked at North Ryde and Castle Hill. The M2 is often very crowded but with a lack of real public transport options between Quakers Hill and North Ryde it meant a car was the only real mode of transport.

Quakers Hill lacks it's own real shopping centre however major supermarkets and small centres at Stanhope Gardens and Glenwood Park are OK.

It gets bloody hot there in the summer and the winter can be quite cold too.

Overall, for a suburb in the North-West it's good. If you're keen to visit the city and/or the beaches often, this place is not for you.
