"Quiet leafy street close to public transport and schools"
I've lived here for 12 years and am still amazed at how quiet it is despite the M7. There are so many parks close by, plenty of bus stops and the local primary schools are all close. It is a very child friendly neighbourhood with childcare centres close as well. It's a short drive to major shopping centres and movie theatres at Rouse Hill, Castle Hill and Blacktown.
