"The perfect managing agent."
Onder Ozmetin at Outlook Property has managed my commercial properties for some time. His work has always been exemplary, courteous, professional and efficient. His record keeping is fastidious and accurate and clearly presented, enabling my taxation records to be done without difficulty. He is absolutely dependable, calm and organised in the difficult situations which can and do arise in the process of property leasing. I have no hesitation in recommend him and his company to handle any matter in commercial or domestic real estate. His operation also provides the personal service often absent when dealing with larger organisations.

Our relationship with Onder goes back to the mid 1990's when we were very active in the bayside areas of Brighton and Sandringham. We have stayed with him as he has progressed his professional career with a number of high profile agencies. He has now gone out on his own but we have continued to use his services in marketing and selling our various residential projects. Gets the job done!

"Highly Recommend"
Onder Ozmetin from Outlook Property sold our family home in Rowville in just one week. We were initially unsure about using an agent from the inner city especially one from the other side of town. He came highly recommended by a close friend who had previous dealings with him. Anyway, a local Rowville real estate agent told us we would be extremely lucky if we could get anywhere near $550,000 for our home. Onder sold it for $620,000. Europe hear we come!
