"Amazing Agency"

Dealing with rRate Property Management - Kew was an amazing and excellent experience. Their professionalism was second to none. They knew exactly what my requirements where as they took a key interest in me, my family, my hobbies and my work commitments. They really understood my work life balance which assisted them in meeting my needs. I was very impressed with their market knowledge and communication skills. They certainly satisfied my needs and fully recommend them

"Amazing property management"

Peter rented out my apartment in fitzroy north in under one week. His market knowledge and constant communication made the whole process easy. As a first time landlord I appreciated Peters guidance and support.

"They specialise and I think that makes a huge difference !"

From day 1 they were very responsive to all my needs, basically they told me that the aim is "to get the best possible tenant at the highest possible rental figure in the shortest possible time" and that's exactly what they did. Very focussed on my property management needs and I could not recommend them any more.

"Great Job, thank you!"

Thank you for doing a great job with my property in Kew. After a very disappointing experience with a well know real estate agency, I have decided to engage with more specialised property management group. Peter Daicos and his team have managed the whole process very efficiently and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service that I have received so far. Keep up the great work! Best Regards, Ivan

"Passionate Property Managers"

As a landlord, renting out your property and dealing with tenants can be a challenging experience, when property managers are not effective in their service. Since deciding to make the move to have the team at RRent manage my property, I cannot say enough about the service they have provided. Their ability to find appropriate tenants was the first sign, that I had made the right choice in signing up with RRent. I can now trust that my property is being well taken care of with their thorough and regular property inspections and in addition I no longer find myself dealing with property maintenance issues. RRent has trusted and reliable tradesman that get the job done in a timely manner. To date my experience with RRent has been positive, as they are approachable and personable. Their passion for property management is evident in the service that they deliver.

"Thank you"

Quite often things are taken for granted. Hence Peter I just wanted to thank you and your wonderful team on the way you have managed my properties for almost twenty years. Relationships of this nature, in this particular environment are rarehowever you made it is easy with your drive to provide me with unparalleled and effective communication, consistency, professionalism and peace of mind knowing that everything will be taken care from leasing my properties to handling any that may arise from time to time in a timely fashion. In fact, your fairness to both me, the landlord, and the tenants has been the standout highlight and disbursed in a very even handed manner. You have made it a pleasant environment to both parties concerned and I will not hesitate to recommend you to future landlords and tenants alike. I love the fact that my investments are in great hands.thats nothing to sneeze about in todays times. Thank you, and keep up fantastic work!!!!

I've recently given my property to RRent to manage and have been thoroughly impressed with Peter, Arthur and the team. Thank you so much! We were given honest market advice and got a fantastic result that exceeded our expectations. Would recommend them to any of our close friends and family, and have!
