We were looking for a heritage apartment in the city for over 6 months, it was a hard and exhausting process, although Rhiannon and Harcourts team made it such a breeze. Rhiannon and the team checked in weekly sending updates on properties we would be interested in looking at. They always welcomed us to every property with smiles and useful advice. We found our dream home based on one of their recommendations, they helped us through the whole process coaching us through the first home buyers process. They are an amazing bunch of people and especially Rhiannon who went the extra mile to give us and out puppy our dream apartment. We are so happy and grateful for all the help along the way.

Over my house hunting journey, I got to deal with dozens of real estate agents. Sadly most of them were at best, annoying and at worst treated me as a sales target or a complete idiot.
