"Auction of our apartment in Highett"
My husband and I could not have been happier with the organised & amazing team at Hocking Stuart, Sandringham. Steve Tickell bought with him many, many years of knowledge and experience as did Scott McElroy. This knowledge and expertise, without a doubt helped find the right clients and therefore sell our apartment in record time. Nick Kiloh handled every client, every situation with expertise and the three of them always put our minds to rest over any queries we had and never hesitated to return calls and keep us up to date with what was happening. The month long campaign was completed with an auction by Scott McElroy. The result was beyond our expectations. We cannot thank these guys enough. I could not recommend any company higher. Faultless !

From the very first meeting not only were you all professional and knowledgeable, but incredibly warm and inclusive as you guided us through the process. Although the decision on the staging was ultimately ours, the options provided and the eventual result exceeded our expectations and had a positive impact on the final price. We were kept up to date on every issue were made to feel part of the process, even down to the final meeting when Scott turned up with some croissants to share with our coffee. A very nice touch.
