"Love this street!"
Great cul-de-sac type street consisting of 5 houses. Lovely friendly neighbours who are more than happy to help out for ANYTHING if needed. Mostly quiet except for the odd party every 6 months or so (but usually toned down by 11-12pm). No rowdiness, no foul language heard. Would love to take my neighbours with me if I ever move :-) Traffic is NIL (residents and visitors only). Large kid-friendly park 100m away.
