"Aubin Gardens is a great place to live!"
With the suburb 20 minutes proximity to Perth City, Aubin Grove is considered near and new where land releases back in 2003. It is near to Cockburn Gateway and Central with some schools development coming in 2011. The strcutural plan of Aubin Grove spread spaciously with the houses and the park. Coummunity Centre is built along Camden Boulevard and expected to be completing in May 2010 with a Recreation and Park next to it. Enjoy the price rising if you own a land or property there when developers are still launching the new block in that area.
In summary, I felt Aubin Grove is fantastic when compared to the neighbouring suburbs but of course, good things comes a bit with a cost. Where I call it premium living and proximity to all amenities.
