An affordable place and friendly environment to call home at the fantastic location close to Werribee River, Parks, Walks, Schools and lots of amenities. These locality benefits are so fantastic that I believe it is a perfect location for parents who choose to walk their kids to school and shopping for everyday needs is just a few minutes way at Werribee Plaza and Shopping Centres. It has stronger families / neighborhoods / communities in a living environment which offers a better quality lifestyle. It is simply more than a natural, beautiful estate!
