"Very close to freeway lots of traffic noise right behind werribee secondary college lots of rude teens"
Situated right behind one of the worst secondary colleges in werribee and within a stones throw of the freeway. Too close to huge housing commission estate significant amount of hoon like behaviour. Not a safe place to be at night

I'll have you know that Werribee Secondary Collage is ranked 13th out of 2000 secondary schools across victoria. Maybe u should not base your views at the small percent of the nuff nuffs who degrade our schools demenour.
