"Quaint Little Avenue"

A short street, predominantly made up of neat character 1950s weatherboards and clinker brick homes, Aroona Avenue is tucked away in one of Mitcham's finest little cul-de-sacs. Most original residents still reside here and take great pride in their gardens. Throughout spring it is a colourful picture! Simpson Park is less than 2 minutes walk away - here you'll find many a dog walker and child riding their bike. Close to Rangeview shopping strip, Mitcham train station and Eastlink, yet very quiet, Aroona Avenue is the perfect place to raise a family or retire in peace and quiet!
