"Tranquil Trenham Court"
Quiet, peaceful but still convenient come to mind when I think of Trenham Ct, Mitcham.
Yarran Dheran is just around the corner with lots of walking tracks and park land.
Housing doesn't turn over as often here as other parts of Mitcham, as families love area, but also the fact they are still so close to shops, schools and amenities.
