"A Hidden Gem"

1) Beautiful location with lots of native trees and plants
2) Very Quiet. No through road meaning only residents will actually go into this street
3) Great view. Overlooking park and reserve if your land is elevated or the house is two levels.
4) has own little playground on this street (basketball rack)
5) walking distance to parklands
6) Bus (to Mitcham/ Ringwood Station) on Highland Ave (1 min walk)
7) great neighbourhood & community feeling (neighbours on street have been living there for years)
Pros
  • Great hidden and quiet location
  • close to park (it actually has its own playground)
  • no through road meaning only residents will actually enter the street

"Tranquil Trenham Court"

Quiet, peaceful but still convenient come to mind when I think of Trenham Ct, Mitcham.

Yarran Dheran is just around the corner with lots of walking tracks and park land.

Housing doesn't turn over as often here as other parts of Mitcham, as families love area, but also the fact they are still so close to shops, schools and amenities.
