Big beautiful trees line this street and make it desirable to buyers/tenants.

"Quiet,close to all facilities"
Small, secluded, quiet and leafy yet only 2 minutes to train & bus station, 3 minutes walking to adequate shopping centre. 35 minutes by train to city centre.
