Reviews of Halls Parade, Mitcham
"Nice pocket of Mitcham"
Lovely pocket of Mitcham close to schools, Rangeview shops and plenty of parks. It has a mixture of units and houses, plus is beautifully treed lined.
Mitcham train station is a bit of a hike (around 20 minutes walk), but there are bus links from Mitcham Road if needed.

"A gret location to live"
I have assisted a number of people this year to move into this fantastic location. Selling over 10 homes this year has meant I have met a number of the very friendly neighbours and have witnessed first hand the community spirit. Sitting in the Vermont Secondary zone and within walking distance to Rangeview Prinmary and shops. This is location for young families and downsizers.
