"Leafy Street in neighborly area"
Orient Ave is a nice Street lined with beautiful trees within walking distance to the Rangeview Shops, bus links, parks and schools.
It can be used as a cut through from Rooks Road and Mitcham Road, but overall is a nice quiet place to live.
It is lined mostly with houses, but boasts a few units and townhouses. A lot of young families and retirees live here.
