"Modern in neighborly in modern complex"
Autumn Grove is located in Madison gardens and is just minutes walks to the complex park (with BBQ). It is a great location with easy access to shops, schools and transport.
A quick stroll up Rangeview shops which offers cafes, bakery, restaurants, small but decent super market and also about a 15 minute walk through beautiful tree lined streets to the newly renovated Mitcham station.
I have rented many properties in this street and find they are popular with tenants due to size, layout and location. Rental yield is decent and seems to attract families and young professionals.
