Reviews of Benjamin Close, Bundoora
"Kind neighbours, great location, great for animals"
We've lived here for five years since 2016, amazing location with walking distance to shops, food, and public transport. A quiet street, but lots of elderly neighbours means lots of friendly hellos and foot traffic. Nice family park with play equipment, as well the stunning Norris Bank reserve a short walk down McLean's road (has huge dog park and is just massive overall with some council events like outdoor movies). Only not 5 stars as there can be litter issues, but probably not unique to this street. We love this location.

"Terrible neighbours- check before you buy or move in!"
I rented here for 1 year, and moved out as soon as I could break lease because of terrible neighbours. Lots of drug taking, and grot on the street. Found dirty nappies left on the pavement etc.
Also lots of kids playing unsupervised until late at night on the street, foulmouthed and stole hubcaps.
