"Number 15 Hutchins circuit Bundoora."
Hutchins circuit Bundoora has a mixture of diverse people who are generally quiet and mainly keep to themselves. The immediate neighbours of 15 Hutchins circuit are very friendly and some will engage in a friendly chat and exchange the odd bottle of wine and home grown vegetables. Being a corner block, 15 Hutchins circuit is in the unique position of having relatively few direct neighbours and with an empty block next door has that added privacy.
We have lived here since 2008 and have been very fortunate to be close to the Darebin creek path, Norris bank Park, shops, schools and public transport. We have also enjoyed Bundoora park, La Trobe University markets and golf course. If you work in the city it is about 60 mins to get in there by public transport.
