Nickson Street, Bundoora, VIC 3083

Lived here just over a year. Maximum 18 mins walk to Bundoora Square’s coles/dentist/chemist/cafes/market/ trams /anything from the end of the street. Flat too so no hills to have to conquer.
Beautiful views of sunsets and sky thanks to almost no apartment buildings towering over. Rarely hear the traffic from Settlement Road. Generally quiet street, wide houses with backyards. Only crime I’ve seen is illegal fireworks.

Absolutely hell to get into the city via car/tram/bus and train. Don’t live here if you work in the city and value an easy commute (this was my mistake).
