"In the heart of neighbourly Mitcham"
This is a lovely street with nice houses and big blocks.
I'm a Property Manager in Mitcham and look after a few homes in this street. I find its located in a nice neighbourly area and most homes have big backyards which is great for families with kids.
it's only a stroll to parks, bus stops, schools and about 10-15 minutes to Heatherdale train station.
Happy to give any assute investors any tips or information if they are looking to buy around here.
