Moving from Melbourne

We are thinking of moving from Melbourne as we know we will one day. We love BB Waters and Mermaid Waters. We are not sure of the culture there for school age kids? We are tossing up if we should wait and educate our kids (9 & 11) in Melbourne and then move as we know they are safe here and in a great community and know they will get a great education here. I suppose we are nervous about how our kids will be welcomed. What are the private schools like and which ones do you recommend

Hi Belinda,
I moved up with the family back in 2003 from Canberra and finished my final years of schooling at Marymount College. Now 34 and a son of my own, the move my family made almost 20 years ago was life changing and not one of us has looked back. No matter what part of the coast you decide, you have a number of great schools to choose from. Not to mention plenty of sporting and social clubs for the kids. Feel free to give me a call at any time. Alex - ADS Realty
