"Excellent location close to amenities"
Such a great location!
7 min walk to either Watsonia heights PS or Streeton PS.
Parks & playgrounds all within 5minute walk- Delta Rd, Gladman St and park at the end of the street!
20min walk to Watsonia station, 25min walk to Watsonia Library, bus stops along Elder street and 30minute walk to Greensborough Plaza.
So close to everything you need and such a wonderful street! Residents are lovely and friendly and a mix of young families, retirees and professionals.
