"I was renting a house on Patrick Street, lovely quite street."
I was renting a house in Patrick Street, been living there for 3 years, never had any problem. Very nice calm and quiet no through road, only have local traffic. Very caring neighbours, next to park, the house prices are above 560 thousand figures from feb-2014, rent 1820 pm. Next to it is Tooqak Crs, I would love to live there.

Its a nice green street,with nice build houses next to the park you can have a view of the park from your house.got underground electricity.the closest school ranks top in greensborough,next to the street is a park for kids and dogs owners and near by is child care,dentist,shops and 24hrs petrol pump.the street is not is flood or bush fire zone.its 2.3 km from Greensborough plaza and train station.got a bus service and ringroad is within 1.4km.
