Great location! Five minute walk to the soon to be redeveloped Greensborough Plaza and Pool. Also 5 mintue walk to safeways, cafes, resturants, gyms. Well serviced by buses and walking distance to Greensborough and Watsonia Station. Approximately 40-50 minutes to city by train.
Close to many schools, leafy parks and ovals. Currently undervalued (given surrounding suburbs) and property prices rising strongly.
In the older potion of Greensborough with many period style homes and recent units in Henry and surrounding streets.
