"Right on train line, but right near central Mitcham!"
One side of Church Street sits behind the train line, which can be a deterrent for many, but many of my tenants I look after don't notice it after living there for a while!
Church Street is only a short stroll up to the shops, train station and cafes. it also is a dead end so you won't have much traffic!
The street is very thin and parking can be an issue in parts, but who needs a car when you are that close to the train station.
