"Riverdowns = living on acerage only 45 mins to Brisbane "tranquil, private and relaxing'."
I came from Sanctuary Cove and purchased a property at "Riverdowns" this has been the best experience. Quiet - friendly neighbours - big blocks - clean and tidy area.
The only traffic is that of your neighbours as Riverdowns does not go into another area.
It has wonderful walkable streets which is fantastic for exercise.
It is a tranquil area with a fantastic Neighbourhood Watch.
Located on 2mins from the M1 and 13 minutes from Soutport making it a very accessible area.
