Out of area bypasses of rocky point road on Motorbikes and in Suped Up cars love this street at night.

Clareville Avenue, is simply a super street, drive to the end and visit the beach, only one street back from famous “Cook Park Water Front”,
You can choose between smaller modest homes and grand mansions.
Providing all the comforts of home Clareville avenue’s only traffic are from locals and visitors as it is not a through fare.
My real estate office is on the corner of Clareville avenue and Russell avenue and I have been involved in many recent “High end” sales along the street.
