"Exclusive waterfront street"
WOW! Vanston Parade one of the best water front streets in the southern suburbs, the street is opposite Cook Park you can cross the road and swim at the beach, the homes in this street are a mixture of smaller older style homes and grand multi million dollar mansions.
All the homes in this street enjoy beach views so the lucky owners need never leave there home to go on holiday, Vanston Parade is the pinnacle of bayside living.
If you get a chance, visit Vanston Parade and take a packed lunch with you, Council has provided tables and chairs to picnic while the kids swim safely in the area’s famous “Sandringham baths” a partitioned off portion of beach.
