Reviews of Sanoni Avenue, Sandringham
"Super Street"
Sanoni Ave, is a street located in a select pocket of exclusive Sandringham.
The eastern end of Sanoni ave leads to the Cook Park waterfront and Peter Depena Reserve, which is a most popular picnic ground by the beach that people from all over Sydney come and enjoy on weekends.
The western end of Sanoni Ave is home to comfortable modest family living, most homes that line this end of the street are single storey dwellings and are rarely offered for sale.
St George Sailing club is also located at the end of Sanoni Ave, perched high it captures spectacular views over the bay and provides for probably the cheapest dining experience in Sydney that combines unlimited tranquil water views.
A most unique locale combining ample open spaces, water, and peace and quiet yet only a 15 min drive to Sydney International airport....... What more can i say? , come and expierience it for yourself.
