"VERSACE BY THE BAY"
Walk to the water's edge or stroll down to the Cherish Cafe, the lifestyle on offer is second to none. The perfect family suburb with parks and beaches nearby, the attraction is the small village beachside lifestyle Sandringham offers. Only a couple of streets in the area, it's median price is the highest in the peninsula and is earmarked for excellent capital gains & values.
