Clark street is a great location for anyone looking to be close to all facilities the small town of Mowbray has, whilst being in a quiet and respected area of mowbray. Built up of older homes with majority of people living in the street own their homes with the occasional investment property. Affordable homes in friendly neighbourhood is one of the advantages of this street along with quick accessability to the Mowbray town centre.
