"Quiet street with little traffic - Family friendly"
Quiet and tucked away with little traffic. Council maintained laneways / easements run behind most of the homes, some also double as a shortcut to Marcoola Esplanade. These easements also provide an element of extra space; ideal for those who like their privacy. It's an easy walk to patrolled surf beach, local park, cafe, and local store. Perfect for families.
