Having lived in this house it is an amazing house to live in. The downstairs area is ideal as a teenagers retreat and is just like there own little place but still under the watchful eye of the parents it is full self contained with own phone point and kitchen and oven and bathroom. The upstairs features 3 large bedrooms 2 with built ins and a nice open lounge room with a beautiful sea breeze for the hot summer days and the lovely morning sun on those winter days. If i was not committed elsewhere with work i would move back to this house in an instant it is a brilliant house and to top it all off a beautiful inground pool perfect for those hot summer days plenty of room to relax with friends and have a bbq by the pool. What more could you ask for
