"Quiet but close to everything!"
Great place to live. Super friendly neighbours, short walk into Footscray, close to Seddon (great food and shopping!) and a short drive from Highpoint. There's so much green space around for somewhere so inner-city, and it's very quiet at night. Traffic is usually good unless there are roadworks of any kind. I feel very safe here and love the 9 minute train trip to North Melbourne! Make sure you live close to Sims - all of my non-Footscray friends love shopping there when they visit. Fantastic restaurants in Barkly Street as well, love Ebi for fish and chips, Gusto for pizza and Aangan for Indian.
