"Darley... An exclusive family street surrounded by all that you need!"
So close to everything, Bus (947, 476, 477),
Ramsgate shops or Sans Souci shops.
Very quick walk to Claydon Reserve and Bonna Park
Connecting to Rocky point road for quick travel, however traffic noise is almost none
Also connecting The Promenade, Water views can be seen
Good off street parking
Beautiful tree line
Houses are neat, updated and well maintained
Everyone is friendly
An Underrated street in Sans Souci
Exclusive as many houses in the street don't sell to much due to the postives
House prices are very high and on the rise
