"Kendall Street reserve is the Highlight!"
Kendall Street Sans Souci would best be described as “Green” of course the main reason for that is “Kendall Street Reserve” located a the top end nearing Rocky Point Road.
With wide open spaces, beautiful parklands and a natural water course, ducks and other wildlife congregate in this lush and peaceful park, the street includes a mixture of houses and villa homes so modest bayside living is in your reach we this marvellous street.
Only the second last street heading down to “Sandringham Bay” you can walk to the beach and enjoy the warm water or unpack the picnic hamper and relax the day away.
