"Nice clean street"
We are seeing more and more activity in Napoleaon street due to its proximaty to the beach and Cook Park with new architectual homes being built and due to the larger parcels of land on the eastern side of this street, new quality duplexes under construction.
A mixtures of houses, duplexes and some villa estates.

"Quality street leading to waterfront"
Napoleon street sans souci has two ends, the highly sort after southern end which leads to Sandringham beach and provides tourists with picnic grounds, kids have access to playgrounds, swimming baths are in walking distance, great fishing etc.
The northern end leads up to busy Sandringham road and is more affordable while providing a similar lifestyle.
