Fraters Avenue Sans Souci extends along "Sandringham Bay" and "Cook Park", and is located right beside Captain Cook bridge.
Along this pleasant stretch you will find large scale million dollar homes, more modest family homes, luxury townhouses, semis and even unit blocks, there is something for everybody in Fraters Avenue.
Renamed Fraters avenue, it’s the top half of “Riverside Drive” that meets “Rocky Point Road”, it provides water views across the bay and is considered a more affordable option compared to “Riverside Drive” and other locations, probably because of it’s proximity to the noisy main road, but that said Fraters Avenue also provides central locality to all major Sans Souci attractions, the beach, recreation parks, Sans Souci Sailing club, shops, schools, transport etc...
