"Good area hoons in Street (south Boundary)"
Cons.
There are some young adults towards end of Dart near Boundary St that party any night till early morning playing loud music and tear up and down the road in their cars.
We had some of our mail stolen and our letter box destroyed.
Pros.
80% of the time the area is quiet, good neighbours. Walking distance to the shops and the Bay.
Lovely walkways and parks. 5 min drive to Victoria Point shops, excellent public transport. Redland bay is a lovely area mostly layed back and friendly.
