Derby Street, Mowbray, TAS 7248

After listing a property for sale in the street, I met most of the neighbours to get more of a feel for the area, and found most of the homes to be occupied by owners of the properties. Very pleasant neighbours that love a chat. Mainly weatherboard homes on average size blocks. The street is not a major thoroughfare therefor a quiet street. 5 minute walk to the mowbray town centre and a 5 minute drive to Launcestons CBD. Affordable and generally a nice feel to the street.
