"Affordable and quiet"
If you are looking for affordability in a suburb that is generally quite pleasant, this is one of the many streets in Mowbray to choose from. On the outskirts of Mowbray yet close enough to be able to walk to all amenities on offer in the area. houses were built on average in the mid 1950's. Buses travel along Vermont Road which isnt too far away, supermarkets, doctors surgery, primary and secondary schools close by as well as the Tasmanian university. If looking in Mowbray, and after a quiet area - thsi would be one point of call for you.
