Griffiths Street Sans Souci runs off Napoleon street and contains a mixture of modest family homes, larger two storey homes and villas.
Only 1 minute drive down to the local beach, shopping strip, schools, public transport, cafes and eateries.
Century 21 Bayside has a very warm affiliation with this street having sold 4 homes here in less then a year.
