"Walk to the University"
A very short walk to the university and in a very quiet street. A great little street in the northern suburbs with houses selling under $220,000 to date and rents being quite affordable, houses being built from late 1940's to 1960's. Great neighbourhood and close to mowbray town centre, doctor surgery, supermarkets, public transport and a variety of fast food outlets. Grubb street is a dead end street, therefor not alot of drive past traffic.
