This is in a good area between Currie street and Fendam street, you are not far from the glistening waters of the award winning Warnbro Beach which is within walking distance, Warnbro Rec Centre which caters for a variety of sports and Warnbro Bowling Club. You are also close to schools, both private and public, junior and high. The train station is about 1km away and it takes about 30 minutes to travel to Perth or 15 minutes to Mandurah. You have got a choice of shopping centres which are close by with public transport within close proximity. Also around the corner you have got the local tavern, take away shops and petrol stations.
