"Maily owner occupied"
Next to a primary school so lots of traffic morning and afternoon, plenty of unwanted guests parking on the lawn, park with playground and playing fields, footpath to ride on or walk the dog / pram, quiet neighbourhood, mainly owner occupied, several kids in the area play in the street.
